Course Description THIS COURSE CONCENTRATES ON SERVICES MARKETING, DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SERVICES MARKETING AND PRODUCTS MARKETING, TECHNIQUES OF DETERMINATION AND SELECTIONS OF CUSTOMERS. IT OFFERS SERVICES MARKETING FOR DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES SUCH AS HAJ, OMRA, HOTELING, TOURISM, AND SPORTING. IT ALSO INCLUDES RESPONSES TO CUSTOMERS COMPLAINS, AND ESTABLISHING LOYALTY.
