About The Department 

Management Information Systems major is a program that is provided by the Management Information Systems department in the College Of Business Administration, which grants the students Bachelor in Management Information Systems.

The program seeks to graduate a pioneer and creative generation in Management Information Systems and other associated fields such as Commercial Institutions, Government Sectors, Public and Private Institutions. The program contains essential knowledge of the Practical Skills, Business Administration, and Communication Skills, which qualifies the graduate to succeed in the professional world. The program concentrates on developing the theoretical and technical knowledge that which equip the student with self confidence and ability to analyze, design and develop system through the use of modern development means. As for the business background of the student, the program will enlighten the student with the essential knowledge in Commerce and Business Administration. This will enable the student to understand the daily operations of Commercial Organization and define the Information System needed. The communication skills develop the student’s ability to effectively communicate with Commercial Organizations and the Society.
