please read  the following carefuly before filling the form

• Read the CBA college catalog/website.
• Fill out all items in the application form carefully.
• Applicants must complete the forms themselves. 
• The following documents are to be included:

1	The original Secondary School Certificate.
2	Provide (4) personal photographs.
3	An official university transcript if applicable.
4	A photocopy of the personal identification card for S audi, or a  copy of the passport or iqama for non- Saudi.
5	Minimum score of 500 on the TOFEL (or taking the English placement test at CBA).
6	Taking the calculus placement test at CBA.

• A non-refundable registration & placement test fee SR 2000.          
• The last day for Fresh student admission will be the last day of Add/Drop.
• CBA will consider all late applications (after Add/Drop period) for the following semester.
• Students must attend the Orientation week, which will be held on the first week of each semester.
• Tuition fees must be deposited at the beginning of each semester according to the number of credit hours registered.
